Dr Reg Butterfield

Reg Butterfield has over 35 years business, academic, consultancy and training experience.

His early experiences were gained in assisting public service organisations in adapting to commercial business practices to meet the changing demands of National Government, particularly in the U.K. He has used this experience to excellent effect in not only the public sector but also in helping commercial businesses develop and, in particular, grow into international organisations.

His depth of international knowledge and understanding has been gained through working in a wide range of countries including Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, Holland, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Italy, Japan, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the USA.

He gained his MBA and PhD at Kingston University, England and is active as an external lecturer for a range of universities in the UK and Austria. He is currently located in Vienna, Austria.

His research into organisational change supports his long held belief that successful implementation of strategy or change can only be achieved through the development and support of the workforce at all levels. An ethical and sensitive approach to the development of people is important to him and is included in his well-established experiential programmes.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
