Puneet Teja BE, ME, MBA is the founder director of Knightvale based in Vienna, Austria. Knightvale, with shareholders from various professional fields, promotes programs fostering university-industry collaboration. Puneet develops strategy, structures and creative processes leveraging diversity in organizations. His role extends to high performance team building with members spread over multiple continents.
Puneet acquired his BE from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology and ME from Birla Institute Technology & Science (BITS) in India and MBA from Open University, UK.
Through his work with large, multi-national clients such as Metro, Siemens, ABB, Eli Lilly, Merck, Bank Austria and Telekom Austria in Canada, Germany, Switzerland, India, Czech Republic and Austria, he has gained international and a culturally diverse work experience over the past 15 years.
