Karen Mannering

Karen Mannering has over twenty years experience in training and development both in the public and private sector. She has lectured at seminars and universities, and has written four books including, ‘How to Stay Ahead’ and ‘Dealing with Difficult People’ for the CMI.

Karen brings together her background in psychology and management to present programmes that deal with many of the ‘people’ aspects of management. Karen is also a practitioner of Myers Briggs Type Indicator and BarOn Emotional Intelligence quotient which she uses extensively through her work with development centres and coaching.

Focus Areas: Supporting change and personal skill development, coaching, management development, psychometrics and development centres.

Qualifications: BSc, MA, FCIPD, MCMI, Cert Ed, MBTI, Dip Coaching, MBPS, MSWWJ

Karen specialises in working with public sector organisations and local government where she has considerable background.
