Karen Mannering

Karen has over fifteen years experience in training and development both in the public and private sector. She has lectured at seminars and universities, and has written two books, ‘How to Stay Ahead’ and ‘Managing Difficult People’.

She is a regular contributor to several publications and also writes for both websites and Intranets. Karen is also a practitioner of Myers Briggs Type Indicator which she uses extensively through her work with development centres and coaching.
