Conferences and Events
'Serious Fun'

Much of our consultancy work is serious in the sense that it addresses important areas of your business development plans. However, if a lighter touch is needed for a conference or corporate event, we provide a range of 'serious fun' inputs, through highly participative events or keynote speeches with a range of practical take away messages. Recent examples include:
- After Dinner Strategy Keynote and Team Building event for Unilever strategy managers in Barcelona and Rome.
- Social Services Innovation conference - looking at the use of technology to deliver social care in the future and involving 100 staff in the evaluation and acceptance testing of the technologies.
- Team building for 200 people in a Government Business Agency using a range of participative methods, e.g. songwriting, art and crafts, outdoor and theatrical approaches.
- Annual General Meeting of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Typically these events had attracted less than 20 people. We increased the attendance to 100 and then further to 250 the following year by converging a keynote speaker with a rock star who spoke on the importance of failure in success and performed with members of the Human Dynamics team.
